How to play Scopa

3. Sweeping: If the answering player cannot match, the playing player "sweeps" the round, taking the highest card that can be "swept" (which is usually the highest card on the table). If multiple cards can be swept, all are taken.
4. Points: The player who sweeps the highest card in a round receives points. The highest card in each round is worth one point, and a special card called the "Scopa" can be worth two points.
5. Continue: The next player in the rotation then plays a card, and the game continues.
6. End: The game ends after a set number of rounds, or when a player reaches a pre-determined number of points.
