What is Richman?

Richman is a thrilling game of strategy and economic acumen where players step into the world of real estate. Your goal is to amass a fortune by buying, trading, and developing properties. It's all about outsmarting opponents with smart real estate moves and financial transactions, leading to the ultimate aim of bankrupting them!

How to Play Richman

1. Set Up the Game: Start by laying out the game board and shuffling the property cards. Each player chooses a character and takes their turn to roll the dice.
2. Roll the Dice: The player who rolls the highest number moves first. Subsequent players move in a clockwise direction.
3. Buy Properties: When you land on a property, you have the option to buy it. Pay the required amount to the bank, and you become the owner. Develop your properties as you wish.
4. Trade Properties: If you don't want to buy a property, you can propose a trade with another player. The trade must be agreed upon by both parties.
5. Develop Properties: As you acquire properties, you can build houses and hotels on them to increase their value and your revenue.
6. Collect Rent: Whenever another player lands on one of your properties, they must pay you rent. This is where your properties start to generate income.
7. Use Strategy: Plan your moves carefully, as you need to avoid going bankrupt while ensuring you leave opponents with less money than you do.
8. End the Game: The game ends when only one player remains with enough wealth to avoid bankruptcy. That player is declared the winner and the Richman!
