What is Russian Draughts Duel?

How to Play

1. Starting the Game: The player with the white checkers always goes first.
2. Moving Checkers:
   • A regular checker moves diagonally forward, one square at a time.
   • If your checker becomes a queen (by reaching the farthest row), it can move diagonally in any direction—forward or backward—as many squares as you want.
3. Taking Opponent’s Checkers:
   • If your checker is next to an opponent’s checker and there’s an empty square right behind it, you must jump over their checker to capture it.
   • If you can keep capturing more checkers in one turn, you must keep going!
   • Queens can capture checkers diagonally in any direction, landing on any free square after the jump.
4. Winning the Game:
   • You win if you capture all your opponent’s checkers.
   • You also win if your opponent can’t make any moves because their checkers are blocked.
