What is Durak Card Game?

Durak is a super fun card game played by two players. The main goal is to get rid of all your cards and be the first to exit the game. The last player left with cards in their hand loses and is called the "Durak," which means "fool" in Russian. This game is super popular in Russia and other countries that used to be part of the USSR. You can play it against a computer or challenge a friend online in multiplayer mode!

How to Play

1. Starting the Game: Each player gets a set of cards. One player starts by placing any card from their hand on the table. This is called the "attack."

2. Defending: The other player, called the "defender," must try to beat the attacking card. To do this, they can either play a higher card of the same suit or use a trump card. If the attacking card is already a trump card, it can only be beaten by a higher trump card.

3. Winning the Turn: If the defender successfully beats the card, they get to make the next move. If they can't beat the card, they have to take all the cards from the table, and the attacker gets to continue their turn.

4. Replenishing Cards: After each turn, the player who made the move gets to draw new cards from the deck first, followed by the defender.

5. Winning the Game: The game continues until the deck runs out. The first player to get rid of all their cards wins! The player left with cards in their hand loses and is the "Durak." If both players run out of cards at the same time, it's a draw!
