How to Play UNO! World

The goal of the game is to be the first to yell "UNO!" while getting rid of all your cards before your opponents. Points are accumulated by having fewer cards than your opponents when the game ends. Each player starts with 7 cards, and the remaining cards form the draw pile, placed face down. The first player must match a card in the discard pile by number or color, play a Wild Card, or pick a card from the draw pile if unable to match. Play passes to the next person if the player cannot match the card. The card deck consists of four colors, numbers 0-9, and Action cards such as "Skip," "Take Two," "Reverse," "Wild," and "Wild Take Four."
