How to Play
The first important thing to do is create your own muscle man! Choose skin tones, eyes, hair, even hair color to match the cool look of your character. All set and done? Now go and get fit! At the gym, you can do all sorts of exercises, including bodybuilding, fitness-type stuff, weight lifting, and checks for muscle strength. Every time you work out, it actually helps strengthen other muscles as well, so you will be getting stronger all-around!
Use the mouse or just touch your screen to control the character. Select from nine different weight lifting and fitness programs, and you will always be able to mix things up until you get stronger!
