What is Centipede?

How to Play Centipede

2. Aim Your Gun: The screen is divided into rows of dots, and you control a gun that can shoot upwards.
3. Target the Centipede: The centipede moves down the rows, with each segment becoming more difficult to eliminate.
4. Shoot and Aim: Use the directional buttons to aim your shots and press the fire button to attack.
5. Avoid Obstacles: Watch out for obstacles that can block your shots or damage you.
6. Power-Ups: Occasionally, power-ups will appear, which can help you in your quest to defeat the centipede.
7. Clear the Board: Continue shooting segments until the centipede is no more, and you've cleared the playing field.
8. Level Up: Once the centipede is defeated, a new, longer centipede will appear, and the game continues with each successful round.
